Use morning and night, massaging gently onto damp face with circular movements. Rinse away with warm water or gently wipe away with a soft cloth.

Best cleansing product for face

This is the best cleansing product I have found so far. You literally feel the heat when you’re cleansing with it. Gives you warm and silky feel at the same time.

Completely transformed my skin

I had been suffering from terrible skin the last couple of years, dry, scaly, acne prone and rosacea, I felt like I had tried every product on the market and nothing was helping and then I tried this and was completely amazed! After the first use my skin had dramatically improved, it does leave your skin moisturised but without feeling like you have residue on your skin, so all the dryness and scaliness was gone, and within the next few days my skin was the best it had looked in years, everything had cleared up and scars were faded. It also takes off makeup and sunscreen really well. I hope you never discontinue it as I would be lost without it!

So hydrating!

I LOVE this cleanser! I gave it a try somewhat aprehensively after my usual Trilogy cream cleanser ran out as I could never find it in stock, and I now much prefer this. I had been using a cheap supermarket brand one in the interim which had made my sensitive skin take on a rough, slightly scaley texture. Literally within the first application of the Natio Silky Soft Cleansing Milk, the scaly feeling disappeared. My skin felt smooth and hydrated, without being at all greasy afterwards, and it removed my makeup really well. My other skincare products soaked in better afterwards too and my skin felt fresh but baby soft hours later. I'm converted, and will be making this a permanent switch! I use it with a bamboo facecloth. Please DO NOT DISCONTINUE EVER. This is an excellent product!
