Apply liberally to clean, damp skin. Gently massage until completely absorbed, paying extra attention to the heels. Re-apply as often as needed.

Go VERY gently when squeezing the tube, wear socks after or sit back and relax until product is absorbed, can be slippery on floor surfaces. Easy to use morning and evening. Good for tired feet.
