Natio collects personal information from our users, which may include their names, email addresses, IP and Mac addresses, genders and ages, at several different points on our website. This personal information is collected to enhance users’ use of our website, improve our website, keep users informed of events and activities, and for the purposes further described below.
We will not collect personal information unless the information is reasonably necessary for or directly related to one or more of our functions or activities. If we are unable to collect personal information we reasonably require, the availability and quality of the services to be provided may be restricted.

Disclosure of Information Overseas
We do not currently disclose personal information to overseas recipients and at this stage do not intend to do so.
We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. This information is used for billing purposes, communication and to fill the customer's order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

We use outside shipping companies to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. Subscription and direct marketing
If a user wishes to subscribe to "my.natio.com.au", we ask for some contact information.
By ordering products on the Natio website, customers agree for their email address to automatically be added to the "my.natio.com.au" database.
We may use personal information about you for the primary purpose of providing you with our services, and for which you would reasonably expect us to use that information for, including sending you information about our new developments, products, services and special offers by post, telephone or any form of electronic communication. We may use any email address or other personal information you provide to us at any time for this purpose.
You can, at any time, opt out of receiving marketing material by contacting our Privacy Officer (see below). You agree and acknowledge that even if you opt out of receiving marketing material, we will still send you essential information that we are legally required to send you relating to the services we provide. Once you opt out of receiving marketing material from us, you agree and acknowledge that this removal from our database may take up to 10 business days after the date you requested to be removed.
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about my.natio, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Natio will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to subscribe to the site but will not store their details.
On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we may send you an email at the email address you have provided to us. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, although you can deactivate your account. However, these communications are infrequent and are not promotional in nature.
Surveys & Competitions
From time to time, our site or the "my.natio.com.au" site may request information from users via surveys or competitions. Participation is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner.
